6. Support and strengthen the partnership between the Office of Postdoctoral Fellows and the Postdoctoral Association through collaborative planning, communication, and implementation of programs and initiatives that address postdoctoral needs and priorities.
7. Manage and evaluate postdoctoral orientation programs and career advising sessions.
8. Develop and implement trainee recruitment, engagement, and outreach strategies.
9. Promote funding opportunities and support grant-writing initiatives that enhance trainees' competitiveness for fellowships and research funding.

Depending on individual interests and career goals, fellows may also:
1. Develop scholarly products including abstracts, posters, presentations, manuscripts, and other materials related to research training, workforce development, and education programs.
2. Engage with professional organizations and conferences to acquire, share, and apply knowledge that advances both RET departmental priorities and individual development goals.
