Join Our Team as a Heavy Equipment Operator!

Daily Responsibilities:

Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, mini excavators, forklifts, lulls, and backhoes
Perform tasks related to grading to prepare surfaces, backfilling, and excavation for further construction work
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate operations and ensure safety protocols are followed
Assist in the movement of material and equipment around the jobsite as needed
Reliable transportation is required
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
Demonstrate mechanical knowledge by troubleshooting minor issues with equipment as they arise

Required Skills:

1- 3 years experience in operating heavy equipment in a construction setting
Valid commercial drivers license (CDL) preffered but not required
Physical stamina and stregth to handle tthe demands of the job, including lifting heavy loads when necessary
Ability to work effectively on a construction site while adhering to safety regulations
A commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail in all tasks performed

Salary and Benefits:

TOP PAY
Minimum hourly: $21.00
Maximum hourly: $40.00
