As a team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to consistently clean homes.Responsibilities:Use Merry Maids’ cleaning products and procedures to clean clients’ homesUse provided equipment, including vacuums and microfiber cleaning clothsClean all surfaces of the house, including fans, blinds, lighting fixtures, baseboards, accessories, countertops, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floors.Possibility of cleaning floors on hands and knees in kitchens and bathrooms.Vacuum all stairs, carpets, hard surface floors, and furnitureMove all reasonably movable furniture to clean underneath and behindCarry all cleaning products and equipment to and from the office, vehicle, and client homes.Help maintain stored supplies and maintain equipment.Contribute to a positive work environment with a pleasant attitude and contribution to the overall team effort, including being uniform, reliable, and punctualHave respect and understanding for coworkers and clients.Qualifications:Ability to differentiate between different cleaning products and uses.Ability to read cleaning instructions.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs. of equipment.Regular physical contact with hair, dogs, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions.Ability to drive to and from various work sites.This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed for those assigned to this position.
